Jenny Packham: Pretty Peachy Perfection

Dear Jenny, I love you.

Okay, really, we've never met. But when I was trying to decide whether to buy a vintage wedding dress or a new one my bff Kristen said, "You HAVE to try on some Jenny Packhams. They are exactly the deco look you want." So off we went to a bridal salon and *sigh* I fell in love (With this specifically. It's a shame you can't see the back, that's what makes it so divine.) Unfortunately, Mr.Husband and I made a pact to not go into debt from our wedding, so it was either the Packham or the food. C'est la vie. Since that fateful day I've been a die hard Packham fan.

Today, when I was cruising the interwebs for some lingerie I stopped dead in my tracks!

Full on snow on Monday! Cool view of the cemetery from my apartment window.

Reese's Cups. I have a problem. It's a daily struggle.

Gigglefest while modeling for the oh so amazing Kristen Nichols!

Mr.Darling's no longer shooting coffee cups, I'm picking up the slack.

Friday night pina coladas!

Pink toe, black toe, pink toe, black toe.

Tiramisu to finish up our date night meal!

One of my favorite images from my photoshoot with Kristen this week.
I can't believe how awesome that wig looks on film! Love modeling for her!

Oiseaux

The Brilliant Designer at Milkmaid Press came up with a lovely new set for spring 2011, Oiseaux! All Things Lovely posted some fab-tastic inspiration boards this morning and I just had to follow suit. I'm kind of obsessed with all things bird. Here's what I found online today...

ready for another party...

Every once in a while I find myself drooling over designer duds wishing I made oodles of cash-ola. Last night, whilst doing just that, I came across this gorgeous dress and thought (as I often do) "I want to get married again!" I loved my wedding, it was a nearly perfect 3 day affair I will never forget. So much so that I fantasize about doing it on a yearly basis. Well, if I could do it this weekend and had a butt-ton of money to spend, I think this is what I would wear. You could all be my fashionable guests! what would YOU wear???

BHLDN. the maids.

Lucky for us all, you don't have to submit any documents proving you are in a wedding party to purchase these darling frocks. I am already trying to shift some money around so I can buy these love love lovely bridesmaids dresses for everyday wear!

BHLDN. the dress.

It's the moment we've all been waiting for! Well, okay, it's the moment I've been waiting for. Today is the launch of BHLDN, a wedding site by Anthropologie. The goal of this bridal site?

"Our goal, and the reason we drape, fold bustle and stitch, is to start a conversation with our customer—to build a resource where she can come to find inspiration and to share with those closest to her, as well as our broader coterie."

As I anticipated, for me the site is about half ridiculous nonsense and half gorgeous lovelies, just like Anthropologie. For bridestobe
(read: every woman no matter marital status who loves looking a pretty things
this is a lovely addition to the bridal scene.
