I know this color palate is not quite summer aproros, but I love Vivienne Westwood and just HAD to feature this dress! These are the things I would want to wear with it, but you could definitely make it more summery with a creamy offwhite or sandy cardigan, a straw hat and clutch, and some bright strappy sandals.
