Dearest Winter,

 

I love you, really I do. Ice skating at the Scuplture Gardens, light displays at Longwood Gardens, and Christmas of course, they're all fabulous winter things, but I'm ready for spring. Can we wrap up this gloomy weather already? These always skinny skimmer jeans are calling my name, and really, I can't go around wearing skimmer jeans and ballet flats in all this cold, cold rain. So why not call it a day, let spring take over a little early?

Don't you just love when something you really like comes in more than one color? I do, obviously, I've talked about it several times in the past: here, here, and here for example. Well you can imagine my glee when I realized this super cute wedge by BC Footwear which I first spotted in the clay/peach combo was also available in a nice bright blue and lemony yellow. So great.

I still like the Clay color best, I feel as though I would get a ton of use out of it.

I just wanted to pop in for a moment and let you know that yes, I am still alive and well. I've hit midterms at school and have just been swamped with work. But fear not! Changes are coming soon. I've made some huge (read: HUGE!!!) life decisions as of late and am excited to share them with you soon.

I have this friend who's been sorta-kinda seeing this dude. He's handsome and fashionable and has one of those smiles that makes ladies melt. But it turns out he's a complete ass-wad. He's been stringing my girl along and standing her up, repeatedly. Total nard-face.

My 2013 motto is "onward and upward" which is my advice to her. Forget that swarmy-skeezoid. Ignore his texts. Don't respond to him ever again! But there's a problem. They work together. Blerg. So my second thought, BE FABULOUS and flaunt it! I say focus on you girlfriend, look and feel fabulous, make amazing strides in your life and show that shit off! Of course not to get him back, a full on HELLLLLL NOOOOOO to that, but make that fuckeroni regret not taking you seriously.

Bitch, please. I'm fabulous!
